Tigran Martirosyan was recognized Gyumri’s best athlet

World Weightlifting Gold Medal winner, European Champion Tigran G. Martirosyan has been recognized as Gyumri’s best athlete of 2010. The special committee of Gyumri, which includes sports journalists, athlets, trainers, summed up the results of the year. They conducted polls on best athlets, best trainers and best sports organizations. Tigran Martirosyan heads the list of  10 Armenian best sportsmen. He is followed by Arsen Julfalakyan, Greco-Roman wrestling, 311, and Meline Daluzyan, weightlifting, 141. The list of juniors is headed by  Artur Akeksanyan, Greco-Roman wrestling. Late Ashot Mkhitaryan has been recognized the best trainer. Gyumri State Pedagogical University women’s basketball team was recognized  the best team.
