Criminal case initiated on taking illegal payment by the public servant
SOCIETY, Daily news | ankakh | February 20, 2011 6:18The State Interests’ Protection Department of the RA General Prosecutor’s Office has initiated the criminal case 61201111 on receiving illegal payment by the public servant who is not considered an official.
The study of the materials has revealed that the leading specialist of the organization department of Arabkir administrative district’s staff working with the governing bodies of utilities and apartment buildings Tigran Postanjyan demanded and received illegal payment. In particular, T. Postanjyan not being an official, in September 2010 demanded and received 100 000 AMD from H. S. in order not to take measures to prevent the illegal construction conducted by H. S. based on the law order as well as not to inform the competent bodies about it.
A criminal case has been initiated according to the RA Criminal Code Article 3111, part 1.
