In November of the closing year the presentation discussion of the Appendix (N 1 and 2 (13-14), 2010) of “Haikakan Banak” ( Armenian Army ) Defense-Academic Journal took place at the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia (MOD, RA). The discussion was held with the participation of an outstanding array of political, social scientists and historians.
