At the Sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment

The NA Standing Committee on Agriculture and Environment presided over by Khachik Harutyunyan at December 13 sitting debated the draft law On Making Addendum to RA Law On Examination of the Influence on the Environment, which was submitted by the Government.

As a result of the debates, the Committee decided to propose the Government to envisage 40 days instead of 15 days for the implementation of the activity examination foreseen in the sphere of the urban development and strengthen the mechanisms of the responsibility.
