Armenian Patriarchate of Polis released statement
SOCIETY, Daily news | ankakh | December 5, 2010 10:59Latest hot developments over selection of Armenian Patriarch of Polis made the holly council to adopt a written statement on Friday during a session.
According to “Ermenihaber.am” news web site, the statement particularly reads:
“News that the state endeavors to deprive the Armenian Community from the right of voting are groundless and don’t correspond to the reality. After the death of running Patriarch Mesrop Mutafyan, the new leader will be voted.”
It’s worth reminding that Patriarch of Polis Mesrop Mutafyan is sick.
