Daily use of one or two spoonful of vinegar can increase levels of a body of “good” cholesterol, researchers say. As writes The Daily Mail, in clinical trials conducted in Minnesota, attended by 120 people.

One half of the volunteers were given the vinegar and the other half – a placebo. The experiment lasted a total of two months. The results showed that people who were given vinegar, HDL cholesterol (HDL) – “good” cholesterol – rose. Earlier animal studies, diabetic patients, argued: apple cider vinegar lowers “bad” cholesterol and raises “good”. By the way, apple cider vinegar also helps in the treatment of arthritis and gout by lowering blood sugar levels, reducing appetite and speeds up the processing of fats
