U.S. is Blocking a Blow to North Korea

Washington has urged Seoul to “exercise restraint” and not to take any action before the U.S. did not agree on comparable and competent response to major world powers. USA promises as soon as possible to resolve the issue with the major world powers, including China, and to agree on possible retaliatory measures against Pyongyang.
Earlier, North Korea has carried out the shelling of the island Yonphendo.
