Emergency situation in Nagorno-Karabakh

On November 19, at 12:00 an emergency situation occurred in one of the military units in southern direction of the NKR armed forces.

There are victims and injured, NKR defense Army press service informed.

Criminal proceedings were instituted. An investigation is underway.
