Amalyan has long been a symbol of fraud and irregularities. He was not alone, he cannot decide anything alone. He’s too small a man to own something to solve, he just carries out the instructions, and performs very casually.

– Speaking of negligence, you mean that from the submitted 18 frequencies in only 2 cases was the competition?

– It’s a little different story, it is a question of monopoly, which is gradually being solved. Who will become a monopolist, will be known shortly. For example, “A1” and “Armnews” submitted their packages, but that presented “Armnews” is a fairy tale grandmother Gyulnaz. It is clearly visible violation of the order.

– What are the consequences could have a decision on December 16?

– It’s not my problem, and Mr. Amalian. How wants to let him decide. In both cases, it will respond – not in front of me and the people. People now collect independent voices, to have free national channel. At the moment there are 11 thousand votes, and their collection will continue until December 16. So I have great hopes that we will have a list of several thousand, and the answer to these people will be Mr. Amalyan. I repeat: it is given a chance to correct the mistakes of the authorities. This country does not develop due to Amalian, they only slow down its development.

– In the coming years in our country will hold elections. In this context, is it possible that our authorities, to demonstrate its democratic orientation to refrain from political solution to the issue of “A1”.

– Given the current situation, I think the authorities are unable to retreat, and must go to stay the course. This rude, wrong course was adopted by Kocharian and passed by inheritance to Serzh Sargsyan, who does not see a solution. Whatever the decision, it will not mean that they sought to refrain from political decisions. There is one problem – the 2012 parliamentary elections and presidential elections of 2013.
