“Ankakh” Requires to Write the Truth about Armenia

Today in Armat Press Club the “Independent” newspaper and editor of the same site Varduhi Ishkhanyan, Ani Gasparyan met journalists to discuss the British and Russian encyclopedias letter denying the request for correction, and the issue of judicial process to begin.

“Ankakh” sent an open letter to the Russian and British publishing houses, demanding denied Encyclopedia of Armenia included false information, and sent the copies of the letter to the Ministry of Justice, RF-RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic Ambassador and the country’s Armenian cultural center in order to support the latter problem.

Varduhi Ishkhamyan clarified that their issue is the dissemination of the truth.

“If Azerbaijan is trying to lie through its state news spread, then our goal is to reach only the truth, which is definitely beneficial for us,” she said.

“Ankakht” journalist said that they learned by chance about the Encyclopedia, and the first step was to raise the noise, then turning to the state agencies.

State institutions were interested in the issue, but clarified that do not have any authority to engage in it. ”

“Notwithstanding, staff consulted with the lawyers. The latter said that the law, there are gaps, and they clearly do not understand this state a right, or society, and whose interest must be submitted to the court.”

Lawyers face doubt, such as Armenia has no judicial practice, however, Ara Zohrabyan lawyer promised to discuss the issue in the Council Chamber at scientific Center Saturday session.

“This center is one of the goals, that the relations which are not regulated by our legal norms, and debated on the new legal solutions to propose such a vivid example of this account, which can be a reason to such issues new legal initiatives implemented”, said Ara Zohrabyan.

Varduhi Ishkhaanyan called on everyone to join their initiative, because it requires the solution of issues related to consolidation and unity.

Let us remind that the encyclopedia was published in the British Kingfisher company, and in 2009 it was reestablished in Russian known as “Makhaon” Publishing House.

“Noah’s Ark” and “Book World” is where they found the encyclopedias, refused to sell it and again importing and “Noah’s Ark” is a copy of the sale to put in a special insert one, where the book are included false information and next to them, the real facts, besides, insert the Buyer is recommended gathering information on Armenia basis to adopt this encyclopedia, but to use more reliable sources.
