ARMENIAN EXHIBITION HALL REPRESENTED BY ARTSAKH IN FRANCE

Within the international fair recently organized in the French city of Marseilles, the ceremonial opening of the Armenian hall, represented this time by Artsakh, took place.
According to the Permanent Mission of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic to France, representatives of the Armenian community, local authorities, and mass media participated in the event. Chairman of the Armenian Youth Cultural Center of Marseilles Karo Hovsepian, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to France Vigen Chitechian, NKR Minister of Economic Development Karen Yesayan made greeting speeches. Karen Yesayan expressed his gratitude to the organizers and visitors of the exhibition, as well as to the Chairman of the General Council of the south region of France Jean-Noel Guerrin (Provence Alpes Cotes d’Azur) for their interest towards Artsakh.
Numerous samples of handicraft and light industries made in the NKR were exhibited at the fair.
Also, a film about Artsakh was shown, and round table discussions took place, at which Karen Yesayan and Director of Artsakh Fruit enterprise Gagik Nersisyan answered the attendants’ questions related to the prospects of economic development in Artsakh.
