Corpse found near Armenian Defense Ministry

On October 5, the Nor Nork police department received a call that a corpse of a man was found in Bagrevand district in Yerevan, near the Armenian Defense Ministry.
The Chief of Yerevan Road Police Arsen Arshakyan and Chief of Police of Nor Nork administrative district Mishegh Ohanayan are working at the site. The police officers found a service certificate, identifying the man as “Senior Lieutenant Tigarn Sahakyan”. A police search also found a telephone and memory stick.
At the moment, an operational investigative group is working at the emergency site. The law enforcement agencies are waiting for experts in forensic medicine, photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan told NEWS.am.
An investigation is underway.
