A board of trustees meeting was held

The FREDA Foundation Board of Trustees held a meeting at the Office of Government, chaired BoT chairman, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan.
The meeting endorsed Foundation Director Tigran Khanikyan’s report on BoT membership changes and statute amendments. The Prime Minister made a point of involving a representative from the Ministry of Economy and suggested making corresponding changes in the by-laws.
The meeting next discussed and approved FREDA investment committee members’ terms of reference.
In conclusion, opinions were exchanged on future action.
