On August 29, in the framework of his visit to the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, President Serzh Sargsyan accompanied by the President of NKR Bako Sahakian, other Artsakhi officials and Executive Director of Hayastan All-Armenian Fund visited the newly built School N. 11 in Stepanakert and Creative Center for young people. On the eve of a new academic year President Sargsyan familiarized with the educational and artistic conditions created at these establishments.
At the Stepankert School N. 11, the high guests were informed that the School built for 560 students has all necessary facilities – library, gym, play ground, center for military, labor and computer classes, medical room, etc. The premises of the School have been beautified: plants have been planted and the territory’s got external lighting system.
President Sargsyan toured also the nicely built Creative Center which can accommodate up to 1000 children and comprises sections for music and art, technical design, applied arts, and esthetics.
Later, the President of Armenia visited the Central Park of Stepankert which is in the final stage of repairs. The renovated Park will present to the residents of Stepanaker and its guests new, improved appearances including the Singing Fountains. The inauguration of the Central Park is to take place on the eve of Artsakh’s Independence Day
