The weather temperature in Baku and Absheron is 4 degree above normal now

The temperature was 42-43 C in the central lowland regions and 46 C in Nakhchivan”, senior hydrologist of the Hydrology Forecast Bureau of the National Hydro-Meteorological Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources Asif Verdiyev told.
He said abnormal heat has been observed in Azerbaijan since July 26. It is expected to continue until early August. The temperature will rise up to 42 C in the central lowland regions.
Verdiyev said on July 28, the highest temperature was in Kurdamir region – 42 C.
The most sweltering days were on July 11-12. The highest temperature was observed in Julfa region on July 11. It was 44 C. On July 12, the temperature rose to 40 C in Baku and Absheron.
