The General public prosecutor of the RA has given the commission to all public prosecutors of the regions and communities immediately to replace the chosen preventive punishment – the conclusion, to stop the investigations and the criminal prosecution concerning those accused recruits who will appear in police or in a military commissariat during the appeal and will express desire to serve in the armed forces of the RA.
