Today is the last day of the common exams

Today in 13 examination centers of the RA and RNK 1048 applicants pass the Russian exam: it is the last examination of the first stage of the common exams. The common examination centre in Yerevan is in the Yerevan State Economic University. Here, from 157 graduates who have declared their participation in the examination, 141 persons were present (16 were absent).　
According to the head of the examination centre Narine Bayadyan, the graduates have already had a certain experience of passing exams, that is why, higher results are expected from today’s examination. 

Parents were quiet today. Having gathered in a room, at the monitor, they have silently observed the examination course. 

Mrs. Parandzem’s daughter passes last examination today. The future psychologist has already passed the Biology and the Armenian language examinations. “My daughter was satisfied with the Biology exam, but not with the Armenian language, as the examination was difficult. As a whole I am satisfied with the examinations and I hope, that today’s examination will be easy”, – says Parandzem.　

And Mrs. Adrine’s son passes the 2nd common examination today. The entrant of the Pedagogical University has already passed the Armenian examination and has received 8 points. “After the Armenian examination my son has transferred a stress. But not because of a low mark, but because of the complexity of the tests, that he did not know answers to so many questions, -says Adrine. – Somehow he calmed down. I hope the Russian examination will be easier.”　

The director of the ATC Gurgen Khachatryan, generalizing the basic stage of the common examinations, said that in the organizational plan this year examinations have passed better, than before: this year entrants had no possibility to exchange words, prompt, and at the end of examination they approached to the copy machine by turns, therefore they could not write off each other at the last minute. Besides, this year the composers of tests have prepared 2 variants that has much more lowered the probability of writing off. According to Khachatryan, these factors have played a great role in the formation of the low average mark. “It is probable, that besides it entrants of this year were weaker, further we will analyze the situation”, – says khachatryan.
