“The wonderful 7” in two trials

The representatives of Armenia will participate in the European Judo Cup championship, taking place in the Russian city Orenburg on June 26-27. The review is to collect participants’ representative team. More than 400athletes from 26 countries will participate in it.
7judoists will defend the honor of Armenia: Hovhannes Davtyan (60 kg), Armen Nazaryan, Hambarcum Tonoyan, Paylak Vardazaryan (66 kg), Artyom Khachatryan, Robert Vardanyan (73 kg), Hakob Arakelyan (100 kg). The head coach of the Armenian team is Artur Gevorgyan. Karen Simonyan will help him. After the end of the tournament our team will hold a short-term training meeting in Orenburg, then the representatives of Armenia will go to the capital of Russia in order to participate in the upcoming “Great helmet” Cup tournament, taking place in Moscow on July 2-5.
