GM Varuzhan Hakobyan -the second prize winner

GM Varuzhan Hakobyan became the second winner, scoring 5 points from the possible 6, in the completed International Chess Open Tournament taken place in Las Vegas, the USA. Hakobyan stayed only by a half point behind the winner GM Timur Gareevits (Uzbekistan).
Andranik Matikozyan with 4.5 points appeared in the group taking 6-10 places. Tatev Abrahamyan scored 4, Melikset Khachiyan- 3 points. 105 chess players participated in the tournament.
