Turkey and Azerbaijan sign gas contract

Turkey and Azerbaijan signed gas contract in Istanbul. The contract was signed by Turkish Energy and Natural Resources Minister Taner Yıldız and Azerbaijani Industry and Energy Minister Natig Aliyev.
According to Taner Yldiz, the contract covers three basis problems. He says that, the contact covers payment of price difference of previously purchased natural gas from Azerbaijan, the price and volume of gas from Shah Deniz field and transit tariffs of gas.
Natig Aliyev called the contract great historical event.
