Turkish Education Minister to attend Armenian school-leaving ceremony
Education, Daily news | ankakh | June 6, 2010 19:50On June 9, Turkish National Education Minister Nimet Cubukcu will be present at a school-leaving ceremony in Istanbul, where Armenian students will be awarded school certificates.
According to Hurriyet, Nimet Cubukcu also intends to deliver a speech.
The principal of Surb Khach lyceum Hayik Nisan noted that it is the first time in history when Turkey’s education minister participates in such a ceremony.
