On May 28, 2010 in pool of sports club the Polytechnician started open children’s superiority on swimming. 100 children took part in five groups in superiority. 40 heats started. It was a holiday for the participants, especially for little sportsmen of the Armenian national federation of invalid sports for whom this competition was the first. This time the members of the federation were presented as a big structure – 12 children with various physical problems. The children have come to participate on equal conditions and rights with the others. And they proved it by their brilliant performance. On the end of the competition, organizers handed over to swimmers of ANFIS diplomas. On May 30-31, 2010 the team on swimming of ANFIS will take part in the superiority on swimming among children which will be organized by the administration of complex sport school at the mayoralty of the city Gyumri. 120 swimmers will take part in the superiority as a part of 11 teams from Yerevan, Vanadzor and Gyumri. ANFIS will represent 6 sportsmen-invalids (with various functional restrictions). For the maintenance of a fair competition between sportsmen at the comparison of results the method of factors accepted in the international practice will be used.
