In the Ukraine the case about weapon deliveries to Georgia is investigated

The criminal case on purchase of anti-aircraft missiles by the Ukrainian state company “Ukroboronservice” in 2005 is connected with weapon deliveries to Georgia. The Ukrainian newspaper “Today” has written about it today.
The State Office of Public Prosecutor of the Ukraine began a criminal case related with the purchase of antiaircraft guided missiles 9М38М1 by the Ministry of Defence. This ammunition is used in antiaircraft rocket complexes «Buk -М1» and «Buk-М1-2». The Ukrainian newspaper “Business” has informed about it one of these days. According to the published information, the weapon has been bought from the trading firm which do not have the licenses for similar activity. Later, these rockets have enigmatically appeared in Georgia and could be used during a confrontation in 2008. On this fact a criminal case is raised and an investigation is carried on.
