Today, President Serzh Sargsyan received the newly appointed Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk Group from the Russian Federation Igor Popov.
Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the diplomat on his appointment and expressed hope that he would make his significant contribution to the NK peace process.
