President Serzh Sargsyan appointed Arman Saghatelian the Spokesman of the President of Armenia

President Serzh Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Armen Arzumanian of his duties as the Spokesman of the President of Armenia.

By another decree of President Sargsyan, Arman Saghatelian was appointed the Spokesman of the President of Armenia.
