In Washington President Serzh Sargsyan met with the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton

In the framework of the Global Nuclear Security Summit in Washington, President Serzh Sargsyan met today with the Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The parties discussed the prospects of the Armenian-Turkish normalization process. The Secretary of State reiterated the urge of President Barak Obama to continue the process of normalization without preconditions. Serzh Sargsyan and Hillary Clinton discussed also issues pertinent to bilateral relations and the NK peace process conducted in the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
Same day, the President of Armenia met with Congressman Adam Schiff. The President of Armenia expressed gratitude to the Congressman for his efforts in Congress aimed at the recognition of the Armenian Genocide and assistance provided to Armenia and Artsakh.
