Yerevan—President-elect of the Republic of Armenia Raffi K. Hovannisian today invalidated the Central Electoral Commission’s final election report, which concluded the official falsification of the 2013 presidential election. During a press conference at the Noyan Tapan Press Club, Hovannisian stated that all members of the CEC were fully aware of widespread fraud—ballot staffing, intimidation, double voting, and ballot changes—and must be held accountable for its unlawful decision.
“The voice of the people will not be silenced,” Hovannisian said. “We will celebrate our victory from border to border, city by city, town by town, village by village.”
