President Sargsyan addressed the participants and guests of the Armenian-Russian Second Interregional Conference

Today, President Serzh Sargsyan sent a message to the participants and guests of the Armenian-Russian Second Interregional Conference. The message states: “I cordially welcome the representatives of the state authorities, business and social circles of our two countries, participants and guests of the Armenian-Russian Interregional Conference which is being convened in Yerevan for the second time. Armenia and Russia have brotherly and friendly relations which date back centuries. Today, these relations, which are developing steadfastly based on the principles of the allied interaction and strategic partnership, have become the nucleus the Armenian-Russian interstate cooperation. We are interacting closely and in a coordinated manner in the framework of the international agenda and our fruitful cooperation is unfolding in the most diverse areas – economy, science and technology, and humanitarian areas. We highly value the open, constructive dialogue aimed at achieving certain results which constantly creates new opportunities for the development of our cooperation. Our far-reaching goal is the active promotion of major projects, aimed at the further strengthening of our national economies, their competitiveness on the world markets through the switch to the innovative and modern technologies. I wish productive work to all participants of the Conference and new achievements for the benefit of our states and our peoples.” |
