David Lokyan: ARF program is maximalistic

Today ARF presented its election program.
ARF Bureau member David Lokyan noted that ARF election program is maximalistic, and if ARF gets majority seats in parliament, the party is going to make radical changes.
The program focuses on citizens’ possibility to make changes, he said.
“We are going to amend the Electoral Code, to change the system of appointing governors, we will set up a reform agency to address the country’s challenges,” Lokyan stressed.
Also, Lokyan noted that ARF’s election program includes export strategy and targets creation of a new banking system that will provide low interest rate credits for economic entities to boost exports.
