Two Iranians beaten in downtown Yerevan nightclub

YEREVAN. – Armenia’s Police received a call from a hospital, on Thursday, as to the fact that Iranian citizen Mihran Elfani—who had sustained injuries—was brought to the hospital, and he had informed that he was beaten in a downtown Yerevan nightclub.
Unidentified men had beaten Elfani and his friend—likewise Iranian citizen Ilia Datvari—nearby the aforesaid nightclub on the same day at 1 a.m., and had caused them injuries, Police Press Service informed .
Forensic medical examinations are commissioned.
An investigation is launched.
