According to the materials prepared in the Lori region Investigation Division of the RA Police, senior tax inspector’s son was a fee-paying student in the RA State Agrarian University. The inspector used his official authorities and from 2004 to 2010 demanded from six organizations in Vanadzor to transfer his son’s tuition.

At the same time, he was definitely aware that from 2005 to 2008 his nephew conducted illegal business activities in Arjut village of Lori region and he failed to undertake measures to stop the latter’s activities and to recover the damage. As a result of this damage was caused to the State.

Besides, the above-mentioned senior tax inspector knew that his mother who was the head of the “Vakulik” Ltd. which acted from 2003 to 2009 in Tumanyan 1 street of Vanadzor, presented a false application on terminating the activity of the mentioned company and did not present the tax reports. She also did not report about the non-registered employees of the company.
