President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees

President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on conferring military rank of major-general to deputy commander of the Artsakh Republic Defense Army, head of the rear, colonel Nelson Soghomonyan.
According to another Presidential decree the military rank of major-general was conferred to commander of a certain military unit of the Artsakh Republic Defense army, colonel Kamo Vardanyan.
