About 100 life-termers in Armenia

The number of life-termers considerably increased. Last year, 97 life-termers were registered in Armenia against 13 the previous year. At present, 99 life-termers are registered in Armenia.
By January 2010, 353 women-prisoners had been registered in Armenia, with 166 of them being minors.
